2. When checking in, it is compulsory to provide a valid identity document: passport, identity card or driving licence, which will be sent to the police headquarters. Otherwise, registration cannot be carried out. We will always ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the regulations of the Privacy Act.
3. Check-in time is set between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the day of arrival and can be defined more precisely upon your kind communication regarding the estimated time of arrival at the facility or any delays.
4. The check-out time is strictly fixed for 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure, in order to ensure that the next customer arriving enjoys a clean and tidy accommodation. In the event of a late check-out, you will be required to pay the cost of one night’s accommodation in addition to the balance already paid.
5. Cancellation of the reservation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date. In the event of cancellation made within 48 hours prior to check-in or in case of no-show, a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount due will be charged.
6. It is advisable not to leave any valuable objects or effects unattended in the rooms, bathroom or any other common areas of our accommodation. Therefore, you should always close the door and windows before leaving.
7. The agritourism shall not be liable in the event of any loss, damage and/or theft of objects left unattended and shall not assume any liability whatsoever for any damage to persons or property caused by or to third parties. Any damage to the structure of the Agriturismo of its furnishings for which guests are responsible must be reported immediately and compensated.
8. To comply with hygiene and safety rules and to respond to any health problems of other guests, smoking is forbidden inside the accommodation

In order to facilitate the work of our staff and allow you to stay in a clean and pleasant environment, please vacate your room each morning at 10 a.m., arranging your personal belongings in an orderly manner to help with the cleaning and depositing any towels that need changing on the bathroom floor.
11. The time for breakfast is set from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
12. No cookers or heaters are allowed in the accommodation and we recommend turning off any lights that may be on and the air conditioning every time you leave.
13. Should problems occur that are not our responsibility in the provision of services such as Internet connection, telephone connection, water, gas, electricity, we shall not be liable for any damage caused.
14. Our Agriturismo invites guests to follow the rules of the Regulations stipulated in accordance with the Municipal Police to ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful stay. To this purpose, the time slots from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. and from 10.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. are indicated as those dedicated to hours of silence.
15. The time of leaving and entering our facility is completely free and guaranteed by the handing over of the key to the entrance door. It will be your care not to bother or disturb the relaxation of the other guests, also taking into account the fact that it is not allowed to increase the number of guests accommodated in the room, and to inform us in good time if you decide to invite some friends to the accommodation to see the facility.
16. The keys to your accommodation must be returned on the day of departure. If they are lost, you will be charged for their replacement when you check out.
17. The hours for access to the swimming pool are from 09:00 am to 7:30 pm unless you accept the rules for the use of the pool which will be provided to you on your arrival.
18. For the use of the barbecue, you will have to make a reservation at the reception and you will have to follow a regulation that will be provided to you at the moment of your use.
